Lisa first
became interested in fitness when her P.E. teacher told her she
threw like a girl. In the 80’s she was intrigued by leg
warmers. Today she hikes and does Pilates. And she
still throws like a girl. Send fitness topic suggestions
to findingojai@aol.com.
